Portfólió reported that the Hungarian network scientist talked about the currently available number of possible cures for the virus. Albert-László and his team have been working day and night at the Boston laboratory, and the scientist usually shares his thoughts and the steps of the research through Facebook posts. 

It was revealed that Barabási is looking for a cure using the methods and theories of networking. 

The team is examining human and virus proteins and their connections to each other. Besides, it is also an important part of the research to test the already available medications and the effects they have on the virus. Besides network theory, AR technology is also used. The aim is to understand the reaction of the COVID-19 molecule when it “meets” a possible medication and to use this experience in producing new medication. Ten days after the research started, the laboratory confirmed that they made a list about the possible cures of the coronavirus and the most effective medications. All of the medications were identified to be successful against the virus by network theory.

On Thursday, an official document was released about which medications can be used to cure coronavirus. The final list has eighty-six possible ones; each of them has a ranking regarding its effectiveness and which parts of the human body and immune system it effects the most while curing the infection of someone.
